Treating your pets
like they were our pets too…
Inspired by the profound contribution that pets make in the life of people and their own personal love for pets the Main family started the journey to form what is now called Eternal Paws LLC.
Eternal Paws believes that providing quality pet cremation with trust, dignity and respect is important in the continuation of pet care all the way from conception, puppyhood, adulthood, geriatric and afterlife care. We provide responsive service to veterinaries and pet families before, during, and after the life of your pet.
OUR MISSION:
To treat people, pets, and partners with respect, dignity and compassion
Eternal paws started as a small pet crematory in Spokane wa in 2012, but with roots in both Spokane and Quincy, the service area quickly branched out to serve that area and everything in between.
A wonderful brand new facility built in 2018 in Quincy, equipped Eternal Paws to serve the expanding territory that has been calling their name. Serving most of Eastern and Central Washington as well as some connections in Western Washington Eternal Paws has made a name for itself in the pet care industry. As the awareness of pet cremation as an option for pet owners has grown and the drive for veterinarians to partner with a business that can support their own business model and growth, this expansion was completed at the perfect time.
Susie Main
Owner & Manager, Eternal Paws
Susie Main is the owner and manager of Eternal Paws and has been part of the team since the very beginning in 2012. As a founding member, she’s helped shape the company’s mission of providing compassionate, judgment-free support to families navigating pet loss. What means the most to her is creating a calm, respectful space where each person feels empowered to honor their pet in their own way.
Susie’s deep care for animals has been a lifelong thread—from growing up around a small farm to now sharing her home with Molly, her joyful yellow lab, and two cats, Lilly and Puss N Boots. Each pet, past and present, holds a lasting place in her heart. Outside of work, she finds peace in nature, loves to travel, and cherishes time with her three sons and their growing families.
She believes grief is a reflection of love and encourages pet parents to give themselves grace through the process. Whether it’s a quiet walk, a phone call with a friend, or noticing a simple moment of beauty, Susie gently reminds others that joy and grief can coexist—and both deserve space to be felt.
